Children

The Children's Team is made up of a fantastic group of volunteers who are absolutely committed to helping each of our kids grow in their faith and become contributing members of the body of Christ. There are opportunities to serve in leading Sunday morning discipleship, set-up and tear down, and special events.

Communications

The Communications Team is a fun, energetic group focused on PR, advertising, marketing, web, print, video, and audio. Whatever it takes to promote Mosaic or keep us all connected, we're going to try it...or at least debate it. If your interested in growing your skills and your church through creative media, we'd love to have you join us. We meet regularly once a month and more often when we're working on special projects.

Community Groups

As an extension of our Sunday morning services, community groups is the title we’ve given to the meetings we have in our homes throughout the week – with people inside and outside of our Body. They are an opportunity for our members to share their life and their faith with people who might not be ready to come to church yet and a way for us to connect more deeply to members of our Body. The groups can – and should – take on many different shapes and sizes. Some will have an age-based focus (college students, for example), while others will be topical (parenting, finances, etc.). Some groups may happen consistently throughout the year, while others may be seasonal. The important thing is that each group has the same overall goal: to share the life and love of Jesus in a real and personal way with people outside of church.

Creative

Uses all forms of media and art to bring sermon series and other events to life. Assists other teams with special projects or helps develop creative solutions for the body.

Hospitality

The hospitality team's main responsibility is to ensure our visitors have a great experience at Mosaic Community. This includes greeting guests at the door, manning the information table, setting up and cleaning up interaction, and making sure we are prepared to serve communion on the first Sunday of every month. This is a team for people who love to serve and who love connecting with new people.

Nursery

The Nursery Team oversees our babies and toddler ministry, providing a safe and loving environment for our little ones to learn and grow while their parents enjoy Sunday morning services. This is a great place to begin volunteering, with opportunities for teaching object lessons, leading games, and providing art projects.

Teaching

Responsible for the God words for our body. Develop the content for sermon series, conferences, seminars, or other teaching sessions.

Technical

Sets up projector, screen, and computers for Sunday mornings and makes sure that all media is tested and ready to go by the time guests arrive. Comes up with ways to improve communication with the body through technology.

Worship

The worship team is a group of musicians, song writers, artists, and anyone who loves to worship. The team is responsible for leading the Body in corporate worship each week—be it from the "stage" or from the congregation. The team also meets weekly for practice, prayer and fellowship.
